Proprietary "Project Tracking System"

Perhaps one of the most compelling reasons to invest in a Cityscapes licensed affiliation would be the development and implementation of what we call the "project tracker". The project tracker is a sophisticated, on line tracking system in which all of our local, national and global projects and/or principals are recorded and shared with our agents and/or affiliated offices. This system allows a broker or CS agent to access our complete data base from anywhere and track the progress and/or availability of projects world wide. It also allows agents to add new projects into the system as they personally engage a new principal or project. This system is used primarily for our national and international projects and not our residential transactions. What does this mean for an investor, agent or broker investing into an affiliation with Cityscapes? First of all, the new owner has purchased the right to access our complete client and project list the day he or she opens the doors of their new office.

They will have the ability to engage and participate in the sales of this contact list not only personally, but if their agents are involved the owner will also share in the commissions. The tracker has the ability to follow the line of communications starting from the listing agent and principal to the buying agent and principal, as well as tracking the agents in between who are instrumental in connecting the buyer and seller. This serves several purposes for the owners, one of which is keeping an organized tracking of each and every client or project. It will ensure that those parties involved will be compensated appropriately at their level of involvement. This is unheard of in our industry and yet in the real world the large commercial deals frequently involve the work and help of numerous agents and brokers in order to bring the transaction to fruition. This also allows Cityscapes to work effectively with outside agents and brokers on a referral basis if Cityscapes is an intermediary and is neither direct with the seller or the buyer; once again not a common occurrence in the industry. The value of this contact base and this tracking system is impossible to calculate. Three to seven projects are added each week thru Cityscapes elaborate network of principals and/or brokers and often, outside brokers are requesting to have their projects added to the system. In conclusion, having this system is well worth the investment of any real estate affiliate.
