In addition to having low start up costs and a relatively low monthly maintenance, connecting to the Cityscapes network provides global contacts. An advantage for agents joining our affiliations or brokers buying a licensed affiliation, they are now able to access a global market that is already in place. When I joined a conventional real estate company ten years ago I was taught to farm a community to generate leads and sales. However since then my farm has become the world. We live in a technological age and a global economy and to stay fixated on a narrow band of real estate is a very limiting mind set. Over three years ago I started traveling to Costa Rica first on pleasure and then for business and opened my own office in Tambor Costa Rica. I then decided to branch out into Panama and have two offices in Panama in which any transaction can be arranged and any property located and our clients can be picked up at the airport with hotel accommodations pre arranged. It is a seamless way to do business in both Costa Rica and Panama as well, and the agents and brokers including your worldly principals know that both of these areas, as well as other parts of Central and South America are becoming investment havens and eventually retirement areas. The weather and the economies support incredible future growth. Our contacts and network throughout these areas are already in place and continue to grow.

In addition to being able to conduct business in these areas, Cityscapes International Realty Group has now branched out to other parts of the globe and we have some excellent connections and listings in Dubai, England, Canada, Czechoslavakia and even numerous connections in Russia.
