Environment for Success

In addition to the basic components of a successful and functional office, we have implemented a number of additional benefits to our offices believing that success is not only a component of a good business model, but is also a function of the environment and perhaps more importantly, the contributions of its people.

Our offices provide a tranquil and aesthetically appealing environment and yet a functional work place. The addition of plants, fragrances and soothing background music are only some of the elements geared towards creating an environment for success.

We offer classes to our agents each week to supplement their skills and abilities, the first of which won't be found in any conventional real estate office.

The Mastery of Success thru Awareness class offers agents on a voluntary basis to participate in trainings that have been developed thru a number of systems and over a period of years with the goal of helping people reach their full potential, not only as an agent but in all aspects of their lives. Success has many definitions and being financially secure is only one element of what I would define as being successful. We would like to see our agents become better people on all levels and our course gives the agents psychological skills to learn to control and direct their lives in a positive manner and to help them overcome the daily challenges, not only in real estate but in their lives in general. We provide tools which can enhance all aspects of their lives. Emotionally healthy people live better and more productive lives.

The Mastery of Language classes provide a weekly class teaching a language from the beginning levels to the more advanced. These classes are free and once again voluntary and the language taught depends on agent demand and physical location of each office.. For my agents in Florida we offer Spanish classes due to the high influx from Spanish speaking countries. It is my belief that we continue to learn thru out our lives and languages can enrich our personal lives as well as our business lives.

The Mastery of Wealth Management classes provide weekly advice from CPA's and financial planners to guide real estate agents towards making better financial decisions, setting money aside for taxes and investing wisely. Agents tend to be notoriously poor money managers due to the irregularity of income and the variations from one commission to another. These classes along with our other classes also will contribute to a better way of life.

• In addition to these classes we are encouraging and enforcing our offices to be environmentally more conscious by conserving paper and recycling. Offices can use and waste huge amounts of paper on a daily basis and we try to discourage these ineffective practices.
• We have negotiated discounted memberships at local gyms for all our employees and agents so that a workout program is not only affordable but it is also highly encouraged by each office. Physical health is also an integral part of one's well-being.
• We also have a masseuse pass thru our offices one day a week to provide a 15 minute massage for employees who would like to participate.
